The staff were wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay at Casa Hendaus. They were so helpful and thoughtful, adding water bottles to our fridge every day and making sure we had what we needed. The building is well equipped, with a hearty breakfast included as well as a pool. They even went above and beyond by adding flower petals and champagne to the room to celebrate our anniversary when we arrived! And whatever air freshener they used was so subtle and yet always smelled so good!

Bed was very comfortable and the overall vibe and upkeep of the hotel are great. Other guests were quiet and respectful. Rebeca (manager) has lots of good suggestions for activities and restaurants, and there's a small grocery store two doors away

Receptionist and staff was very helpful and friendly made our trip very enjoyable! receptionist gladly booked us taxis every morning to whoever we’re going and provided beach towels. Rooms was clean and bed was so comfy and big. Coming back to hotel felt very safe and there were some nights we walked back to our hotel near midnight.

The bed is comfortable The owner(I think) is so friendly and helpful with information about scooter rental, exchange money, beaches etc. She was always smiling and professional and so the security people We felt very safe The pool is very nice and clean but small so it depends on your expectations … we liked it !

The bed was the best I have ever experienced in my life, and the owner herself helped me look for my cell phone around town when I lost it, amazing people, wonderful place.
